Opera Encore was founded in January 2024 by a team of passionate opera enthusiasts with a shared vision: to create a space where the beauty of opera can be experienced again and again. We believe in the power of music to transcend time, and with our tagline, “Where Every Performance Lives Again,” we aim to revive past performances, bringing their grandeur and emotion to life for new audiences.

Our Global Team

We are proud to be a fully remote team of over 10 dedicated individuals from all around the world—covering every continent (except Antarctica, where only penguins are singing!). From Europe’s historic opera houses to the thriving opera scenes of North America, Asia, and beyond, we come together to provide a global perspective on this incredible art form.

Every team member has worked as a journalist or editor for prominent music publications, giving us the expertise to deliver insightful and authoritative content. With our combined experience, we ensure that Opera Encore serves as a trusted resource for opera fans everywhere.
